Jacob’s Well is governed by an Elder Board who oversee the pastoral staff, approve and monitor the budget, and thoughtfully solve problems as they arise. Most importantly, they are responsible for the vision and direction of the church, its mission, and its values. Elders are selected based on spiritual, personal and relational maturity in addition to specific giftings and skill sets. The Senior Leadership Team consists of Tim Keel, Jessi Marcus, Mike Crawford and Kristen McClain; they participate in monthly elder meetings and are voting members of the board.
