Jacob’s Well is governed by an Elder Board who oversee the pastoral staff, approve and monitor the budget, and thoughtfully solve problems as they arise. Most importantly, they are responsible for the vision and direction of the church, its mission, and its values. Elders are selected based on spiritual, personal and relational maturity in addition to specific giftings and skill sets. The Senior Leadership Team participates in monthly elder meetings and consists of Tim Keel, Jessi Marcus, Mike Crawford and Kristen McClain. Tim, Jessi and Mike are also voting members of the board.
